The stock photo calls this “Gross Zombie” in the description, but my guess would have been chemical burns, a really nasty case of solar keratosis, impetigo, or possibly a type of tropical tree fungus. Separately, I am bothered that the wave of popularity of people-munching narratives - zombies and vampires - has left out cannibalism, and others who munch on people by choice or necessity.
